  • Developed a cash-based long-term incentive program for a global, privately-held software company to support annual business unit and corporate objectives while simulating the payout timing and growth of a stock option program 

  • Developed and implemented annual cash incentive and performance management programs by identifying key business metrics and aligning executives and employees with business objectives 

  • Designed a global broad-based cash incentive program to support compensation philosophy and global business strategy, balanced with local market needs and business unit and country objectives 

  • Established a three-year stock option strategy to support "turnaround" objectives.  Assisted the CEO and Board with a competitive assessment of executive and Board compensation packages and establishment of compensation committee charter
